The purpose of this study was to suggest the effective directions for Technical high school assessment through the research of school evaluation concepts, directions, models, and the school evaluation models had been applied Technical high school. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. Technical high school assessment should be respected independent idiosyncracy. 2. Technical high school assessment should be implemented by model of context evaluation (system assessment) - input evaluation(program planning) - process evaluation (program implementation and improvement) - output evaluation(program accreditation). 3. Technical high school assessment should be enhanced `context evaluation` in order to evaluate the needs of students, parents, industry and community. 4. Technical high school assessment should be limited fields of the assessment in parts, evaluated exactly in the concrete and made a speciality. 5. The fields of assessment should be set up and scores should be distributed reasonably. Also, assessment isn`t the oppression for school, but the supporting activity to improve the management over school. The results of Technical high school assessment should be used to (a) establish a teaching-learning program that reflects the strengths, interests, and needs of the students, parents, industry and community, (b) develop student performance, and (c) improve the management over Technical high school.
