This study aims to investigate elementary school English teachers’s perception and attitude toward content and language integrated learning. For this purpose the survey with 30 questions was conducted to 104 English teachers, and teachers’ reponses were reported. Descriptive frequency analysis and Chi square analysis were administered. The results of the analysis showed that more than 50 percents of the teachers surveyed agreed that Content and Language Integrated Instruction(CLIL)class has a positive effect on students’ motivation and their language skill. Teachers’ inconsistent responses on definition of CLIL revealed that the teachers have not exactly known what CLIL is. The teachers pointed out that teachers’ language skill, students language skill, and sufficient teaching resources are required to maintaining successfully CLIL. The study also found that teachers showed willingness to do CLIL class if teaching materials and teacher training programs are provided. Lastly this study showed the possibility of implementing CLIL in elementary English classes. Further studies are suggested to develop development of a CLIL teacher training course and CLIL materials.
