Present study performed to demonstrate the influence of urban food festival quality on perceived value and satisfaction based on means-end chain theory. A research survey was developed after confirming the validity and reliability through pre-test with 40 consumers who have visited in urban food festival currently. Final survey was distributed to 340 customers and 332 participants were used for statistical analysis after screening missing response. Based on the results of hypothesis verification on the research model, it showed that food and staff quality factors among elements have significantly impact on perceived value and customer satisfaction. In addition, the convenience factor has only influenced on perceived value from festival participants. Specifically, food has verified as the most significant predictor between festival quality and perceived value, and staff quality was the most critical element between festival quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, current study found the significant relationships among perceived value, satisfaction in current study. Hence, this study apply the various festival quality factors, value, and result elements such as satisfaction to verified the means-end chain theory in food festival sector. Furthermore, this study will contribute to suggest an attractive business model to increase profit for urban food festival marketer(s) and participant(s).
