The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of each type of glass ceiling by measuring the type of attitude of female employees in the hospitality industry by applying the Q methodology to obtain human subjectivity corresponding to human psychology or form through Q samples. A factor analysis conducted through Q methodology showed that four types were observed on how they felt after being perceived as glass ceiling. The four types were named as follows: family-supported, realistic/automatic, heterochromatic/passive and reality positive/realistic exit type. The family-backed reality drama series found that despite their great affection for their children and families, they would continue to work in a stable manner in their current workplace based on family support rather than quit their jobs. It was inferred that the self-improvement hair color is important not just for the mother but also for the ‘I’ life, and that there is a desire to continue to grow on its own through self-improvement. If the economic part of a spouse"s income is resolved due to the lack of willingness and effort for self-improvement in passive reality, it is highly likely that it will lead to retirement and career breaks. Realistic eviction has been shown to have a tendency to place great importance on family-related values.
