The purpose of this study is to research characteristic and cause of phoneme of interlanguage by analyzing the consonant pronunciation mistake of Chinese speaker, who studies Korean language and survey the effect of pronunciation education and change of interlanguage on the basis of it. From the aspect of government phonology, English and Korean language belong to the language that permits empty nucleus in the end of syllable but Chinese language belongs to the language that does not permit empty nucleus. Therefore, syllabic structures of both languages are different. From the result of contrastive analysis, Chinese learners, who are familiar with the language without consonant, have difficulties in pronunciation and recognition of Korean language with consonant. It was possible to predict that they will make mistakes in the pronunciation of Korean consonant and it was found that there were many mistakes in actual experiment, The study compared the effect of pronunciation education on the basis of interlanguage to that of general education. It was found that the pronunciation education, which was adjusted for Chinese learner’s mistake on the basis of interlanguage, was effective to some extent.
