The purpose of this study was to compare science curriculum management between general high school, science high school and science academy. 1,439 students and 106 teachers were sampled as the subjects of this questionnaire research and the statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 14.0. The results were as follows. First, the students‘ satisfaction about science curriculum management was significantly different among three types of schools. Although science high school was established for specific purpose, the science high school students responded more negatively than the general high school students about the students’ right of choosing a science course. The subjects of general high school and science high school except academy school, responded that level-differentiated instruction was not implemented in contrast with their expectation. Second, The majority of teachers of three types of schools wanted to receive teacher in-service training for professional growth. The majority of the students of three types of schools more preferred a experimental and practical class than teaching only for content, for experimental and practical class stimulate their curiosity and motivation.
