This study investigated transactional and relational psychological contract fulfillment as antecedents of affective organizational commitment, and moderating effects of procedural justice. Also, We examined the relationships between affective organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. We divided psychological contract into two types. Transactional contract is concerned with economic transaction and extrinsic compensation whereas relational contract involves socio-emotional, intrinsic, and personal exchange. The data were collected from 575 police officers in 16 Metropolitan Police Agencies. The result of the survey showed that transactional and relational psychological contract fulfillment positively affected affective organizational commitment. And procedural justice moderated between two types psychological contract fulfillment and affective organizational commitment. Moreover affective organizational commitment had a positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. Limitation of the study, directions for future research and implications of the findings are discussed in the report.
