<Abstract> A Study on the Practice of the Islamic Etiquette Youn, Yong-Su PUFS I try to analyze the muslim's life style through the traditional practices of the etiquettes in the Islam society. Each human community has the various styles of the etiquette that represent the characters of the communities. For example, it is forbidden to smoke in front of the elder in the Korean society, but it is allowed to drink the liquor in front of them. On the other hand in the western society, it is forbidden to drink the liquor in front of the elder, but it is allowed to smoke in front of them. Although the two societies have the common cognition to the elder, they have the different tradition in the form of the expression. This shows the cultural difference. Therefore the style of the etiquette has the very useful means to understand the character of the individual societies and communities. In this article, I want to analyze the muslim's attitude for the God, his messenger Muhammad and Koran. Also I want to see the muslim's attitude for husband and wife, the relatives and the fellow believers. This work is one of the procedures in order to understand the characters the muslim communities and their inside world. Key word: Islam, Etiquette
