This study aims to investigate an effect of on-line voice bulletin board for speaking skills and also utilizes a pedagogical ELT approach grounded in collaborative learning using peer feedback interactivity. Students in a experimental group took part in online recording voice to improve their oral skills while those in a control group did not. Speaking data were analyzed to investigate the effect of online voice recording. An evaluation survey was conducted at the end of the study to test student reactions and determine the effectiveness of online voice recording activities. The findings indicate that there were significant differences in overall mean speaking performance between two groups. Also, the perceptions of the voice recording through collaborative learning experience such as enjoyment, confidence, and self-directed learning showed positive results. In addition, the results show that voice recording on a bulletin board and its peer feedback significantly impacted individual learning experiences. Overall, results indicated that not only did on-line voice recording and peer feedback on speaking help to improve English speaking skills,but it was also able to enhance their autonomous learning.
