This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect the learning achievement in online music education and the casual relationship between these factors to improve the quality of music education service. To achieve the purpose of this study, the author in this study suggested the quality of e-learning in online education services (the quality of system, information and service) as the factors affecting learning achievement (learning satisfaction, Intention to Continue Learning) through literary review and verified these factors through an empirical review. The results showed that the quality of e-learning in online education service (the quality of system, information and service) has a positive impact on learning satisfaction. In addition, learning satisfaction has a positive impact on Intention to Continue Learning. The results of this study imply that to help online music education learners to continue their learning satisfactorily, it is required to develop superior education contents and enhance the quality of customer service.
