The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education satisfaction on career decision of the cooking commissioned student who are Polytechnic school in Seoul. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 350 samples was distributed and 328 valid samples conducted this study and the period for collecting samples is from November 17, 2017 to December 2, 2017. The data of participants were used to factor analysis, pearson"s correlation analysis through SPSS. 22.0 WINS statistical program. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was necessary that commissioned educators should develop competence to provide job counseling. There is a need to deploy specialized educators for vocational training and guidance. Second, for educational environments and facilities, it was necessary to provide sufficient cooking tools necessary for practical training, and facilities in the laboratory for ventilation and air conditioning should be operated efficiently so as to learn at more pleasant environment. Third, the educator should organize the contents of the education program to be concrete and feasible in response to the acquisition of professional skills and qualifications, employment and advancement. Fourth, career guidance, such as career exploration opportunities or experiences, should be systematically provided to students, so as to provide opportunities for selecting matched career paths.
