This study, in taking into consideration the various factors causing the occurrence of corporate scandals, explains the existence of "negative organizational learning" that arises from organizational characteristics. It suggests the possibility of overcoming the negative chain through the practice of continuous management education. Although organizational learning was argued and researched under the premise that it would have positive effects, in actuality, it is inherent that "a negative function" obstructs the fair activities of an organization. It is not so easy for an organization to overcome negative organizational learning. This study takes into consideration that the principal factor for corporate scandals are negative organizational learning, and discusses what a management education should be aimed for healthy corporate management and organizational behavior. Whether or not a firm causes corporate scandals is basically an issue of value choice of their decision making. However, the ultimate issue is concerned with how to educate the people -members of the organization- who make the decisions. It is the mission of management education to have them recognize the negative chain of organizational learning. Also, to have them build their skills and knowledge in order for them to sever it completely.
