Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of training type on ground reaction force in female amateur golfer. The subjects are live in B city whose were divided randomly into three groups. group A was trained core training and group B was trained balance training and group C was not trained. The training period was 8 weeks, 3 times a week, and 60 minutes of exercise.
Core training programs consist of 1-3 weeks: bare-hand exercises, 4-6 weeks: exercises using fixed tools such as step boxes, 7-8 weeks: non-fixed exercise machines such as medicin balls, pedals Balance training is composed of 1-3 weeks: stability Support Surface Exercise such as a stand on one foot, 4-8 weeks: Instability Support Surface Exercise such as a pedalo. The conclusions are as follows: Balance training is more effective than core training to improve ground reaction force. Especially, it is very important to improve the ground reaction force in the driver swing which requires more power than the iron. In the training of this study, core training and balance training showed improved results. Since the ground reaction force plays an important role in improving the power, it is very important in training for female golfers. Therefore, in the next study, it is desired that the training study for improving the ground reaction force for more subjects is continued for women.
