The research is a study of life-swim, which is conducted on elementary school students, to analyze the education methods of life-swim through the focus interview and to find out what improvements are made. The results of this researches are as follows.
First, we need a long-term plan to recruit more professionals. The need to hire leaders is needed to recruit expert staff, and investment in fostering professional manpower through training and education is needed.
Second, overall improvement is needed for efficient life-swim education. Communication and understanding between employees, teachers, and life-swim instructors, who are responsible for administrative affairs, are needed. If they discuss the problem with life-swim education, they will be able to go ahead with life-swim lessons are getting better then before.
This research is difficult to generalize about because there are few participants in the survey. However, life-swim education is meaningful as the first study that analyzed life-swim and suggested improvement measures that were not researched, and This research could be used as the basis for future life-swim research.
