The purpose of this study is to draw the impact of quality of university education service on students’satisfaction and switching intention. For the purpose, three hypotheses were applied. Firstly, the quality of university education service will affect on students’s satisfaction positively. Secondly, the quality of university education service will affect on students’s switching intention negatively, Thirdly, students’s satisfaction will affect students’s switching intention negatively. To achieve the purpose, factor and multi-regression analysis were used. In factor analysis, four factors(education service, welfare service, facility service, and personnel service) were draw. Among three theses in mentioned above, the first hypothesis was accepted and rest two hypotheses were partly accepted. In Conclusion, suggestions to overcome the problem of switching intention of students’ were provided.
