To begin with, 1st grade students; both boy and girls, showed similarities of lacking agility through the process of this experiment. In detail, for boys during cardiopulmonary endurance and for girls when muscular strength was needed they appeared to be in the same poor physical state. Therefore in suggestion relating to the ACSM prescription, continuously exercising by fast walking, jogging and new sports like healthrobics is recommended. For the 2nd grade students, results appeared the same, but in this case traditional activities (rolling steel ring, shuttlecock game, rubber string game, skipping) is suggested to build up not only the agility and physical strength but to help balance and improve the growth factor in these group of students. The muscular strength of 3rd grade students turned out to be even weaker than the other grades. In this case the neccessity of strengthening abdominal, back and hip muscles was brought up. This will improve not only the physique, but allow strained muscles to become flexible resulting in straightening body posure of these students. To do achieve this windsor pilates exercising programme is recommended as it focuses on maintaining the whole body balance using variety of physical movements. By doing these kind of exercises from a young age could possibly have an habitual effect on students to begin exercising for health related purpose. It is important that we provide these physical education environment for the students. Lastly, survey was carried out examining the daily routine of these students. Female students in the 1st grade answered that they spend more than 2hours on using computers or watching tv (33.4%). By looking at this survey result we can suggest that parents should take condern and can exercise with the students such as skipping outside the house and going for a walk to reduce the student`s time spent on electronic devices. Some female student answered that they occasionally exercise, but not as a daily routine. Research also showed that the 1st grade students have breakfast and sleep on average of over 8hours a day. But as the students grew older to 2nd and 3rd grade, their answers tended to change that they sleep less and also sometimes missing out on breakfast meals. Parents and caregivers interest on these age group of students is vitally needed.
