The article considers problems of distinctive features of higher professional education student community and teacher as the main subject of educational process. The author presents her model of a student and a teacher’ subjective development in higher education institution. Results of this research confirm that absence of orientation in traditional system of school education to internal motivation education content and their methods which stimulate independence in education it is complicate for the first-year student manifestation of subject characteristics, "partial braking" its opportunities to become the subject of educational activity. The next step of our research will be interaction detection between development level of student"s subjectness and the teacher of university.
