This study aims to suggest the direction where the quality of education service accoring to the personality type of reemployment trainees of food service can improve educational satisfaction further and provide basic data for improvement direction while ensuring potential career achievement of reemployment trainees of food service in the future by identifying the carrer maturity of reemployment trainees of food service who are enrolled in vocational school and empirically analyzing how such result influences quality of education service and education experience through utilizing the data related to educational quality of education service, personality type and education experience.
The implication of this study based on such analysis results are as follows. when it comes to implications in practical terms, firstly the quality of education service is a predisposing factor affecting the educational satisfaction so that there is a need to expand the development of teaching programs which allow starting to work right away in the field not just stopping at education service according to the nature of trainees or theory. Second, extraversion shows a highest contribution among personality types where quality of education service influences educational satisfaction.
