The objective of this study is to explore an influencing relationship among organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior and social loafing being perceived by hotel employees and present its implications. For this study, organizational culture was composed of group, developmental, hierarchical, and rational culture. Among 270 collected responses, 251 were counted as valid samples. Collected usable responses were then analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that group culture and developmental culture exerted a positive influence on organizational compliance but hierarchical culture and rational culture did not show any influence. Second, group culture, hierarchical culture and rational culture exerted a positive influence on altruism but developmental culture did not show any influence. Third, group culture exerted a negative influence on social loafing but developmental, hierarchical and rational culture did not show any influence. Fourth, organizational compliance and altruism were represented to exert a negative influence on social loafing as a whole. As a result, hotel is required to induce organizational citizenship behavior by providing its employees with cultural environment through which they may feel psychological stability. In addition, as organizational citizenship behavior is getting increased, social loafing is decreased and so, a strategy that may induce organizational citizenship behavior should be established.
