Report Errors
In several organization, leader has a important position. Because team members prefer to leader’s guide and it can result job process. So organizations are focued on that leader’s job competency to increase there productivity. In this study, researcher try to find out role of leaders’s job competency and it effect on employee’s job commitment and job performance. A total of 270 responses were collected from food service industry employees. The result of this empirical study show us that leader’s job competency has positive effect on employee’s job commitment and job performance. Base on this empirical result, researcher provide critics and manageric implication for organizations.
