The purpose of study is to help for business managers to set up a business strategy to forecast business surroundings in future. To forecast business surroundings in future. First, The method of analysis is a regression. Second, Independent variance are exchange rate fluctuation index, Dependent variances are yield rates. Exchange rate fluctuation index were counted by weighted average, and dependent variances were devided by grade hotels and region hotels. Third, The term of study is from 2011 to 2013. Forth, The study data are a Population which were published in korea hotel association and the national statistical office etc.
The results of study are, Grade hotels are significant except third grade hotel, Region hotels are significant in Seoul, Daejeon, Gyenggi, Gangwon, Chungbuk, chungnam, Jeju. The yield rates of grade hotels except third grade hotel response efficiently exchange rate fluctuation index. These results of efficient responses are to help for Business managers to set up a business strategy to forecast business surroundings in future. If Business managers apply the results of this study, They will be to set up a business strategy precisely in future.
