This study was designed to shed light on the influence of interest grade about LOHAS image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of sports centers. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) after having established relationship models among LOHAS image, interest grade, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty based on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 327 participants were sampled from the customer for the sports centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region by using option sampling method. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 15.0 program. And, to verify construct validity of each measurement model using AMOS 7.0 program, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, then after, goodness-of-fit of the theoretical model was verified by means of covariance structure analysis. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, LOHAS image had positive influence on interest grade. Second, LOHAS image had positive influence on customer satisfaction. Third, interest grade had positive influence on customer satisfaction. Forth, customer satisfaction had positive influence on customer loyalty.
