This study aims to provide the guides improving the perception of the coaches to activate the management of gymnasiums by making comparative analyses of the educational environments, the educational programs, and the differences in the perception of the gifts of the coaches of Taekwondo gymnasiums by the groups. The materials for the study have been collected from the coaches who have managed the Taekwondo gymnasiums for more than 5 years, their trainees, and their parents. Out of the collected materials from the total 1,260 objects, the materials of the total 1,199 objects(95%) including 60 coaches, 541 trainees, and 598 parents have been used as valid samples. In order to develop a test instrument for analyzing management factors of Taekwondo academy, previous studies on the management factor theories were examined and classified. After correcting and improving test items developed from a pilot study, a questionnaire with a total of 105 test items, including 24 items for demographic variables, 15 items for general characteristics, 30 items for educational environment, 19 items for educational programs, and 17 items for the quality of instructors was created. The reliability of the questionnaire was proved by Cronbach`s alpha, ranging from .7899 to .8995. To test research hypotheses, obtained data were analyzed by one-way ANOVAs, Results of the study can be summarized as the following. The analysis of the differences in the perception of educational environment by survey groups revealed that the perception of the importance of all factors was higher in instructors and parents than trainees. However, the perception of the importance of educational programs was not different between groups. In terms of the quality of instructors, the perception of the importance of all factors was the highest in instructors, and higher in parents than trainees. Taken together, results of this study suggest that the perception of the educational environment, educational programs, and the quality of instructors may differ by the location of the academy, the number of trainees, and survey groups. Especially, because the perception of instructors on the importance of those factors was found to be different from that of trainees and parents, instructors running Taekwondo academies need to identify and consider the perception of trainees and parents to maximize the efficiency of the management.
