The purpose of this study is to examine positively the influence of job satisfaction with the employees of sports center upon quitting their job. Based on the state of sports facilities and registered ones in Korea from materials published by the Ministry of Culture & Tourism in 1999, this study was performed by setting the employees of sports centers located in Kyounggi province as population. 300 persons among employees working at 12 centers of 22 sports centers in Kyounggi province were sample, and the responses of the only 257 persons excluding 43 persons who answered unfaithfully or omitted a portion of responses were applied to analyze actually. This study brings the follow conclusions by using statistical analysis such as reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, etc. The first, working environment and specialty development, which are job satisfaction in accordance with the background factors of the employees of sports center, show meaningful difference depending on age and title, and the self-control of decision-making shows meaningful difference depending on working years and educational standard. In addition, salary and compensation show meaningful difference depending on age, working years, title, etc., personal relations and recognition do the difference depending on working years, educational standard, title, etc., and fruit and pride do it depending on age, working, title, etc. The second, job quitting rate in accordance with the background factors of the employees of sports center does not show meaningful difference in terms of sex, educational standard, title, quitting job, etc. and it shows the difference in age and working years. The third, the only specialty development(β=.150), personal relations and recognition(β=.240) among job satisfaction of the background factors of the employees of sports center influence upon quitting.job.
