The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Job Stress and Job Attitude (organizational commitment, job satisfaction, turnover intention). Nonproportional strati fled sampling was made from the population of Sport Leaders belonging to the Sports Association of Pusan Metropolitan City. Among 480 Sport Leaders who answered the questionnaire, 449 subjects were finally chosen. The statistics analysis method adapted t-test, ANOVA, Pearson`s Correlation Analysis, Simple Regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, gender, age and coaching event type were found to have significant different in job stress according to the Sport Leader. Second, organizational commitment of Job Attitude based on job stress was found to have a significant different in gender, coaching career, coaching event type. Job satisfaction was found to have a significant different in age, coaching career, coaching event type. and also turnover intention was found to have a significant different in age. Third, as to the relationship between Job Stress and Job Attitude, the more job stress was, the higher turnover intention and lower job satisfaction were noticed.
