To investigate and analyze job-satisfaction of sport for all leaders, the present study was in tended (1) to evaluate thf. reliability and validity of the research tool to be used and (2) to identify clearly the relationship between factors related to the job-satisfaction of sport for leaders using this research tool. Hence, the crucial purpose of the present study consists in suggesting the direction for the establish;nent and development of sport for all leaders as a firm profession and providing the basic materi-l for the rationalized operations of sport for all leaders. In this research 23 places were randomly sampled among the sports centers registered as the complex sports facilities in Seoul and Kyunggi province, and 243 sport for all leaders who were in full-time employment at there were selected as subjects. The research tool was the questionnaire consisting of a total of 40 questions which were grouped into the question on importance (20 questions) and the question on actuality (20 questions) to show the gap between the importance and actuality of job, perceived by sport for all leaders. And responses on those questions were measured on a 5-point scale. The collected questionnaires, after coding and punching, were analyzed by using SPSS statistics software program. Chrombach α-value was analyzed for the reliability of the research tool, and a correlational analysis was performed to the degree of sport for all leaders` job-satisfaction with the overall life for validity to determine construct validity. A descriptive analysis was made of frequency, percentage, me n, and standard deviation relating to the distribution of responses for their job-satisfaction. As the result of analyzing the reliability and validity for evaluating the availability of research tool, it was revealed that the coefficient of reliability for 20 questions on job-satisfaction was. 9196 and the coefficient of reliability for 20 questions on actuality was.9203. The reliability of whole question was shown to be high. As the result of testing construct validity based on the overall life-satisfaction, it was shown that the correlational coefficient between `the gap in importance and actuality` and `the overall life-satisfaction` was.3665 and it was significant statistically at the level of α= -.001. The main findings from the study on the job-satisfaction of sport for all leaders were as follows; 1. It was revealed that the expected distribution of importance on the job was very high(M=4. 21, SD=0.54). 2. It was found that the experientially cognitive distribution of actuality on the job was more than usual(M=3.26, SD=0.59). 3. It can be seen that the job-satisfaction expressed as `the gap between importance and actuality` on job indicates that the actual. experiential cognition of all the factors does not reach the expected level(M= -0.95, SD=0.62). 4. In relation to each area of job-satisfaction, individual need, human relations, personnel management policy, and incentive condition were revealed as -0.76, -0.80, -1.12, and -1.43, respectively. It was shown that the area of individual need was most satisfactory while the area of incentive condition was most dissatisfactory. 5. In point of subfactor of each area, it was shown that co-workers relationship(-0.67) were most satisfactory white wage policy(-1.60) was most dissatisfactory.
