The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between dual commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance of golf instructors. The data collected from the 281 golf instructors was analyzed. With the collected data, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis was performed by SPSSWIN Ver 12.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, age, education, income, depending on the career commitment, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, there was a difference, no difference in job performance. In addition, there is a difference in career commitment depending on work longevity but there is no difference in organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance. Second, the career commitment and organizational commitment impacts positively(+) influence on job satisfaction of golf instructors. Third, the organizational commitment impacts positively(+) influence on job satisfaction of golf instructors. Fourth, the job satisfaction was revealed to function as a mediator on the relationship between dual commitment and job performance. These results suggest that career commitment, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance of the previous studies based on empirical research were discussed.
