This study was designed to study about the objectivity of the performance test in physical education. The front straddle rolling was selected as the main performance task for this research. One hundred and forty subjects were volunteered for this experiment. In order to apply in many-facet Rasch models, within the assumption of item response theory, the unidimentional assumption utilized the factor analysis of the test instrument, while local independent assumption examined the correlation of the evaluator`s observed score and the FACET program`s residuals of true score. In this process, it has become possible to figure out the appropriateness of data-fit to model and the Rasch statistics of each facet such as ability of subject, severity of raters and items difficulty as well. For the objectivity of test, FACET program`s estimations of infit and outfit allowed for recognition of intra-raters consistency, and test of intra-group difference was carried out utilizing same t-test and ANOVA as severity test. This study reached following conclusions. 1) Within the assumption of item response theory, according to the result of factor analysis to test the assumption of unidimention, items that had included for this study was comprised of one component only. It was satisfied the assumption of unidimention because the variance of this factor was 64%. According to the review of residuals correlation for testing of consumption of local independence. twenty five case out of thirty six cases i nine items resulted no association. Therefore, the result shows the relative preservation of local independence. 2) Facet program computed pupil`s ability, item`s difficulty, and rater`s severity on unfit and outfit in all facet, which all came out to be 1.0. This applies that evaluated data fit the model of item response theory. Considering the standard deviation of it, data-fit to model lies between the minimum 68.26% and maximum 99.7%. Each facet`s reliability9true variation/ observed variation) shows the value between .99 to 1.00, which displayed the good test instrument. For the severity of each rater, ability of each pupil, and difficulty of each item, significant difference at the level of .00 was shown. 3) According to the test result of group`s severity characterized by populational inter-groups, female instructor group were more severe in evaluations than male instructor group: elementary instructor group than high school instructor group: and instructors who have served more years in school than instructors who have served less years in school. However, the severity difference of instructor according to the service region and one`s special fields, major difference did not exist. Average of unfit and outfit, which shows the intra-raters consistency, was 1.00 and the standard deviation was .02. This shows that 86% of instructor`s appropriateness lies within general criterion, i. e. 0.7 to 1.3. Nevertheless, test of group difference shows insignificant difference.
