Report Errors

The purpose of this study is to discuss content regulation toward UCC that is use created content. The increased prevalence of UCC on the Internet has caused the negative issue related to the quality of content being provided. Even though the regulation will go against the spirit of UCC and pose problems for censorship, there must be some policy approaches to regulate toward the inappropriate content by considering the characteristics of UCC. In order to solve the question of how effectively applicable to UCC, the accountability system may be suitable suggestion. By attempting quality control in terms of review and moderation under the cooperate environment of the government, providers and users, the credibility and accuracy of UCC content posted will be ensured.
