Japan adopted a joint declaration from relationship with 1991 European community and that member country. 2002 is active the many flow humanly, it does, also the research result is various.
The objective of the research which it sees leads and the research with the Eu law's from Japan, it means that becomes the place reference which compares the Eu law and Korean law department and analyzes. The first, It law philosophy analyzes fundamentally about European Union lega. And as problem of the rule organization Nees treaty, EU reorganization, it tries to observe the Europe council and an amendment to the constitution problem.
The second, It analyzes the relationship of doctor formation and sovereignty of nation under second, European unification. Also it tries to observe the suffrage of the European Union citizen. The third, It tries to observe the problem regarding on supplement characteristic principle.
The fourth, The research work with the EU law, Japan it leads and it reports the direction of research, it examines the connection with the law-school. EU law development it leads conclusion and against the plan which establishes the international law order of Asia it researches the fact that with the contents.
