The purpose of this study was to suggest basic information for effective management and activation of Taekwondo schools as analyzing relationship between quality of service program factors, such as quality of leadership, programs, staff administration and purchasing behavior, concerned with communication intention and continuance of training.
Subjects for this study were students enrolled in Taejon Tekwondo schools. 320 questionnaires used in actual analysis.
The means of survey were prepared based on the questionnaires of Ryu, Choongwan (1998), Ji. Yongbum (1998), Yang, Hyunsuk (1999). Cho, Kwangmin (2000). The questionnaire consists of 5 questions about personal characteristics, 15 questions about quality of service factors, 5 questions about purchasing behavior, total of 25 questions. The reliability of the questionnaires showed that Cronbach' α is.53~.80.
Single variant analysis, t-test were used for statistical analysis and scheffe test were carried out for verification.
According to these methods, this study indicated following results.
First, there was no difference in personal characteristics, sex and age, quality of service, yet for quality of service factors about training purpose, such as education and programs are greatly differ from statistical level of 5%.
Second, there was no difference in personal characteristics; sex and age for the different perception of purchasing behavior of personal characteristic, yet for quality of service factors about training purpose, such as education and programs are greatly differ from statistical level of 5%.
Third, it was showed that influencing service quality on purchasing behavior depended on communication intention. Continuance of training indicated relatively reasonable.
