1) Nowadays we are faced with a historical distortion of China and Japan. One is a problem of ancient historical distortion by China, the other is a problem that idealization of colonialism and historical distortion of textbooks by Japan. The most important problem is a limit of Korean studies that be absorbed in a northern culture diffusionism The golden crown of Silla is not only the most beautiful pure golden crown, but also the best cultural heritages in the world But several Korean scholars insist that golden crown is not Korean culture, but is originated a hat of Siberia shaman. They infer the origin of golden crown in 5th century from a traditional craft of Siberia shaman in 19th century, Conclusionally they insist that our people don't have any authentic culture in Korean peninsula.
2) A Guillemoz who studied Korean Kut said that the concept of shaman show Korean Mudang could be not confuse with shaman, and he insist that if we could not proof a shamanism of Siberia and mid asia, and a Korean folk religion, we have to regard the Kut of Korea as that made by Korean people. And he note a originality of Korean Kut culture on viewing structural different for Mudang and shaman. We can't think of shamanism except for shaman. But in Korean Kut there are transmitted as variety ritual patterns that shaman don't participate. In the Maeulkut(village ritual) or rural society Byulsinkut(special ritual), community member charge a function of priest, there are no Mudang. Therefore we have to not regard our Kut tradition as a kind of shamanism, but independent Kut culture stand up to shamanism.
3) The theory that Silla golden crown is originated from shaman hat in Siberia also don't consider a basic principle of diffusionism. If we could conform culture diffusionism, we consider to each barometers of morphology, quantitative, and continuance. Already Korea has Kut culture different to shamanism, so barometer of quantitative is dissolved. And a barometer of geographical continuity is also dissolved, because another golden crown is not found between Kyungju and Siberia. On the contrary, golden crown is distributed in the southern Korean peninsula that the most far away from Siberia area.
4) From now, we have to make independent to golden crown of Silla from an antler of Siberia shaman's hat. Because Silla golden crown is which represent national foundation myth of Silla. And we have to release Korean Kut culture from shamanism of Siberia. Kut of Korea has originality differ from shamanism. Moreover, we have to recognize again entire theory and discourse that our culture originated from northern area or Siberia, and overcome Siberia origin theory. And a migration theory of northern people from northern area to the Korean peninsula is also task to overcome, These works is that release from diffusionism in methodical aspect, that find authenticity of national culture and that secure a diversity of world culture.
