The purpose of this study is to derive operational improvement plans through IPA of places used as tourist destinations through the regeneration of idle spaces in the region. To this end, we collected Google's online reviews written by tourists who had visited the Palbok Art Factory in Jeonju and used them to conduct topic modeling, text mining, and emotional analysis, and finally derived the IPA matrix with importance and satisfaction values. As a result of the study, the environment/facility attributes were both high in importance and satisfaction. Content/program attributes and locality attributes were of high importance but low in satisfaction. The specificity attribute was low in both importance and satisfaction, while the interaction attribute and the locational attribute were low in importance but high in satisfaction. Based on the IPA results of each selection attribute, a strategy for improving the operation of the idle space regeneration area can be established.
