This study examined the influence of college students" perceived food cravings on healthy eating behaviors and verified the moderating role of gender. Based on total 277 students obtained from the empirical study. This study used SPSS (Version 22.0) and AMOS (Version 20.0) for the analyses. The results of the study showed that among the sub-factors of food craving perceived by college students, loss of control, preoccupation with food, and emotional craving had a negative effect on healthy eating behavior in that order, while positive outcome expectation did not show a significant effect. In addition, there was no significant effect by gender in the relationship between the influence of food craving on healthy eating behavior. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
