The objective of this study is to seek for the qualitative development of innovative education districtproject by analyzing the comprehensive and in-depth perception of school parents in Gyeonggi-do innovative education districts. This study conducted a survey targeting the school parents in ten regions such as Gwangmyeong, Guri, Gunpo, Bucheon, Siheung, Ansan, Anyang, Osan, Uijeongbu, and Hwaseong that continued the Gyeonggi-do innovative education district project for five years or more. Targeting the parents of elementary school, middle school, and high school in ten local governments, a survey was conducted on their perception of goals and project performance of innovative education district. As a result, in the perception of goals of innovative education district for elementary school, the parents in Ansan, Gunpo, Uijeongbu, and Hwaseong gave positive responses. Also, in the perception of project performance, the parents in Uijeongbu, Anyang, Ansan, and Gunpo gave positive responses. In the perception of goals of innovative education district for middle school, the parents in Hwaseong, Gwangmyeong, and Anyang gave positive responses. Also, in the perception of project performance, the parents in Hwaseong, Anyang, and Uijeongbu gave positive responses. In the perception of goals of innovative education district for high school, the parents in Ansan, Gwangmyeong, Anyang, and Siheung gave positive responses. Also, in the perception of project performance, the parents in Uijeongbu, Bucheon, and Gwangmyeong gave positive responses.
