In the educational environment, the learner-centered teaching-learning paradigm is increasingly emphasized, and the interaction between learner and instructor is considered to be an important factor influencing learning outcomes. In particular, The utilization of social networking services(SNS) enables smooth communication and information sharing among learners and can have a positive effect on team learning outcomes, but this effect is likely to be controlled by team creativity. In the case of high team creativity, active interaction through SNS utilization can improve team learning outcomes by exchanging various ideas and perspectives, while in the case of low team creativity, the effect of SNS utilization may be limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study is as follows: First, the existing research will be reexamined to see if learner-instructor interaction affects team learning outcomes. Second, the mediating effect of SNS utilization on the relationship between learner-instructor interaction and team learning outcomes is investigated. For this study, a survey was conducted on 1st to 4th grade students in the Department of Applied Chemistry at K University who participated in the team-based problem solving learning method and analyzed with SPSS 29.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, learner-instructor interaction has a positive effect on team learning outcomes. Second, there is a mediating effect of SNS utilization between learner-instructor interaction and team learning outcomes. Third, it was confirmed that there was a moderating effect of team creativity between SNS utilization and team learning outcomes.
