This study used a mixed research method to predict changes in the future Taekwondo industry and Taekwondo Dojang management from the perspective of the Taekwondo business model, and 167 out of 168 Taekwondo masters in the Seoul metropolitan area(Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) were analyzed. As a result, first, it was found that the rent level fluctuates due to population density, inflation, and development of commercial districts between regions. Second, the average training period was 3-4 years, and the main cause was study. Third, as a result of a specialized Taekwondo Dojang survey, there were many subjects such as Poomsae, kindergartens for subjects, direct specialized operations, and jump ropes for graft programs. Fourth, the limitations of Taekwondo Dojang management were external factors, lack of standard educational content, lack of leadership capabilities, Taekwondo Dojang overcrowding, profit structure limitations, and leaders" incidents and accidents, and the biggest cause was a decrease in the child population due to low birth rates. Fifth, experts emphasized the role of Taekwondo companies based on 4th industrial technology, various professional taekwondo Dojangs, specialized markets, and the use of digital artificial intelligence, along with the prospect that the Taekwondo industry outlook will become difficult. Sixth, opinions such as suspension of vehicle operation, improvement of profit structure, development of educational contents using digital technology, development of professional management capabilities, and improvement of policies of related organizations were suggested as measures to develop Taekwondo Dojang management. The results of this study can be found in practical significance in that they were presented as the basis for the prediction for the future Taekwondo industry and Taekwondo Dojang management development.
