In this study, the emotional leadership of the leader in the hotel organization was presented as the key to improving the workplace happiness of employees in the hotel industry, where the value of human resources is the core. This study examines the structural relationship between emotional leadership, rapport, sense of belonging and workplace happiness in hotel organizations. To achieve this purpose, six research hypotheses were proposed and data was collected from 224 employees of 4-star and 5-star hotels. For empirical analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmation factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that emotional leadership had a positive (+) effect on rapport. Second, it was found that emotional leadership had a positive (+) effect on sense of belonging. Third, it was found that emotional leadership had a positive (+) effect on workplace happiness. Fourth, rapport was found to have a positive (+) effect on sense of belonging. Fifth, rapport was found to have a positive (+) effect on workplace happiness. Sixth, it was found that sense of belonging had a positive (+) effect on the workplace happiness. The results of this study suggest the need for expansion and development of emotional leadership and organizational behavior by confirming the positive relationship between emotional leadership and employees" sense of belonging, rapport, and happiness.
