Although the kiosk and foodservice industry are very closely related, it is only recently that researches have conducted, and it is a reality that researches have not actively conducted yet. This study intended to recognize the importance of kiosk in the foodservice industry and to expand the scope of existing researches. The purpose of this study is to investigate the usability of kiosk in the foodservice industry. To achieve the objectives of this study, a total of 325 questionnaires were collected, and were analyzed. The study resulted in several significant findings. First, four dimensions of kiosk usability(“learnability,” “memory simplicity,” “usage efficiency,” and “pleasure”) were found to be valid and reliable. Second, all four dimensions of kiosk usability had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Finally, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on intention to reuse. The conclusion discussed limitations, implications and future research directions of this study.
