This research is to have experimental proof of the impacts of violence that soldiers experienced during their school lives on violence in the military, and to provide policy advice to eradicate violence in the military. The details of the result is as follows. First of all, it turns out that soldiers’ attitude towards violence is closely associated with military violence. That is, a more negative attitude towards violence leads to a more positive effects on the violence eradication campaign. Secondly, the experience of violence in school before joining the military has impacts on soldiers’ attitudes towards violence. Finally, the attitude towards violence acquired in school has meaningful impacts on military violence, which means that if soldiers have experience of bullying others or being bullied in school, they are likely to view violence in the military as acceptable. Based on the result, several policies to prevent school bullies which will impact military violence are suggested such as the conversion of awareness on bullies and the enhancement of violence prevention education. The result of this research is expected to be used for further research and policy development.
