Today's world is a very convenient cyber world where you can talk to people on the other side of the world in real time with just one smartphone, and you can also shop and shop in the country. Such a cyber world has such a positive aspect, and it has a dysfunction that is used as a field of cyber crimes of various types, such as destroying data of the other party and extracting information. Since these cyber crimes have a strong character as international crimes that are carried out across borders since birth, cooperation between countries, that is, international cooperation, is essential to prevent them. There are many ways to cooperate in the prevention of cyber crimes, including private-level cooperation, cooperation between government agencies, and cooperation between investigative agencies. However, the most obvious and binding international cooperation measures are cooperation between nations. can do. In consideration of the internationality of cyber crimes, Chinese judicial agencies are seeking various cooperation methods such as judicial agreements and extradition treaties with other countries. In this paper, we will examine the problems of international judicial cooperation and their countermeasures in order to deal with cyber crimes with strong internationality.
