Jeju Sasa borealis is natived in Halla Mountain area, which inhibits the development of other plant species and reduces species diversity. The aim of this study was to evaluate the chemical compositons and antioxidant activites of fresh meat produced in Korean native goat (Capra hircus coreanae) supplemented by Sasa borealis silage or not. Twelve wethers were used in this experiment. Samples were divided into five cuts: loin, front-leg, hind-leg, neck and rib.
