In this research, protein from hempseed meal was extracted and its nutritional and techno-functional properties were investigated. To get hemp protein isolate (HPI) of a best yield and high purity, HPI was separated by following the base extraction and precipitation between acidic and neutral pHs from defatted hempseed meal.
