This study researched the effects of Organizational Justice on the Job Crafting and Job Engagement of Beauty Workers. For this verification, a survey was conducted from January 2th 2021 to January 12th 2021, targeting the workers of beauty shops with five staffs or more in Seoul and capital area. Total 218 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. In the effects of organizational justice on the job crafting of beauty workers, when the distributive justice and procedural justice as the subfactors of organizational justice were higher, the task crafting got higher as well. When the distributive justice and interactional justice were higher, the relational crafting and cognitive crafting got higher. Also, in the effects of organizational justice on the job engagement of beauty workers, when the distributive justice and procedural justice as the subfactors of organizational justice were higher, the vigor got higher. When the distributive justice and interactional justice were higher, the concentration and absorption got higher as well. In conclusion, this study aims to provide the basic data for successful management and achievement of goals, and also to eventually contribute to the establishment of strategies for the creation of performance in the industry by perceiving the importance of systematic justice perceived by beauty workers within the organization, and the necessity and effectiveness of human resources management.
