The beauty industry is an active market that is growing every year through the diversification of technology, the expansion of the cosmetics industry, and the increase in the number of workers in the beauty industry, and accordingly, competition among companies is inevitably increasing. Due to this competition, workers in the beauty industry have to make greater efforts to provide higher service quality, and are reporting higher turnover rates than other industries in connection with various factors. Based on empirical research, this study was intended to provide basic data for differentiated and efficient human resource management methods by beauty industry service organizations and rapport. As a result of the study, since workers in the beauty industry are mainly in the service industry with their own skills, it can be seen that the longer the work experience, the higher the age and average monthly salary naturally, which has a positive effect on job satisfaction. In the case of beauty industry workers in their 50s, they are more likely to have more career and experience than those in their 20s, so they have a higher understanding of the organization and a higher empathy for the value of the organization, which has a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It looks crazy. In addition, the higher the education level of the beauty industry workers, the higher the commitment to the organization, which can be said to be helpful in fulfilling the role within the organization.
