The study is being transformed into a flexible space by utilising the existing public housing space. Through the introduction of this structure, the distinction of spatial forms becomes blurred in the spatial structure of shared residence, and the interaction becomes particularly important as a network structure. In addition, the research focuses on analyzes the case of Japanese shared housing, and analyzes each characteristic space. The purpose of this study is to make use of the core value of the relationship between public housing and public housing, to go beyond the space of public housing, to explore the possibility of observation from the point of view of public economy with general living function and characteristics of public economy, and to draw attention in the modern trend and make use of the characteristics of public housing space. The research methods: First, put forward the research background, purpose, research scope and method. Secondly, through literature investigation and advance research, this paper analyzes the concept of shared residence, the principle of holiday village and the spatial characteristics, sorts out the spatial components, and obtains the correlation. Thirdly, on this basis, the elements of vacation space are studied through examples, and the analysis framework of object location is prepared. This study is meaningful in analyzing the case of shared housing and approaching to seek improvement based on the concept of a resort for the relaunch characteristics of social shared housing based on the basis of the results.
