The purpose of the study is to find out the shift in the attitude towards school while having been experiencing the pandemic, Covid-19. The viral disease affected education and learning field so much in the past several months and arose a big change from face to face to untact-technology based interaction in the environment of ‘before Covid-19’ and ‘after the Covid-19’ that occurred abruptly and unexpectedly. The impact on education and learning forced teachers and students to adjust to new surroundings that require untact and lockdown constraints.
In order to plan and reorganize education and learning settings for near or long-term future, the attitudes of students toward the change needs to be examined. School Attitude Questionnaire (SAQ) developed by Seker (2011) was adopted in this article. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted. Its results come to conclusion that each item in the questionnaire has meaningful differences based on the outcomes of T-test. The results will be useful to education experts like teachers, professors, learning and education counselors, and policy makers to build a long-term plan for education field and end up with producing appropriate teaching methods for learners.
