This study was conducted as an experimental study for people with spinal cord disabilities to find out the impact of Presence on immersion and sports involvement due to sports virtual reality (VR) experiences. So we selected 33 people with spinal cord disabilities as the population, and we use SPSS 21.0 for data processing. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the results. First, the factors of realism and mobility among the factors of Presence caused by sports virtual reality experience had a positive effect on the factors of immersion. Second, among the factors of Presence caused by sports virtual reality experience, the factors of realism and self-esteem had a positive influence on the factors of sports involvement (cognitive). Third, among the factors of Presence caused by sports virtual reality experience, the factors of realism, self-reliance and self-esteem had a positive influence on the factors of sports involvement (behavioral). Fourth, the immersion caused by the sports virtual reality experience had a positive effect on the factors of sports involvement (cognitive). Fifth, immersion due to the sports virtual reality experience had a positive effect on sports involvement (behavioral) factors.
