This study was conducted to explore the effects of menu information provided by cafes on consumers" trust, preferences, and purchasing intentions. the menu is the first process in which consumers recognize food and beverage in the restaurant business. Although menu information has a significant impact on consumers" behavior, study is still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we distributed 250 copies of Google"s online survey to investigate the impact of menu information provided by cafes on consumer confidence, preference, and purchases, 16 of which were dishonest answers. It was used as 234 copies of statistical data excluding. Regression analysis was performed using the statistical package program SPSS20.0. The results of this study are as follows. Menu information has been found to have a significant impact on consumers" preferences, trust and intention to purchase. As a result of verifying cognitive needs between menu information and consumers" preference, trust, and intention to purchase, trust and purchase have a significant impact on trust and intention to purchase. The implications of this study are as follows. First, there are academic implications for the investigation that is differentiated from the existing research. Second, there are marketing implications that can be used as reference materials when preparing menu boards in the future. Third, there is a business significance that can be used for brand loyalty and new brand launches.
