The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of 12 weeks of regular Zumba dance exercise on lipid-related variables LDL-C, HDL-C, TG and blood vessel age in dyslipidemia risk groups. Therefore, this study randomly selected 10 exercise groups (EG) and 10 non-exercise control groups (CG) among 20 women in their 30s to 50s who began to develop dyslipidemia clearly. E.G regularly performed exercise time 40 minutes, exercise intensity HRmax 40~70%, and a total of 36 Zumba dance exercises at a frequency of 5 times a week for 12 weeks, and C.G limited exercise activities except for daily life. LDL-C, HDL-C, and TG were measured as lipid-related variables, and blood vessel age was measured using the degree of elasticity of blood vessels. As a result of the study, the lipid-related variables LDL-C, HDL-C, and TG showed s ignificant differences between E.G and C.G. Blood vessel age a lso showed a significant difference, and there was a significant correlation between lipid-related variables and blood vessel age in the pretest and similarly, a significant correlation was found in the post-test. Therefore, the following conclusions could be drawn. Regular Zumba dance exercise has a positive effect on improving dyslipidemia by reverting aging blood vessel age due to decreased elasticity along with decreased LDl-C, increased HDL-C, and decreased TG in women in their 30s-50s at risk of dyslipidemia. In terms of the correlation between lipid-related variables and blood vessel age, it was found that as LDL-C and TG increased, aging of blood vessel age appeared, and as HDL-C increased, blood vessel aging decreased.
